The North American Association of Wardens & Superintendents (NAAWS) presented this session at the annual training conference, held this year in Springfield, MO. Three female wardens tell stories from their careers and offer advice to younger women working in corrections. Featured speakers are Cathy Linaweaver, warden at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Chicago; Cherry Lindamood, warden at CCA's Whiteville Correctional Facility; and Pat Caruso, a former warden and former Director of the Michigan DOC. Part 1 kicks off the session with Cathy Linaweaver's presentation.
